This is our best seller and the standard in quality and value. We have partnered with Haas who manufactures garage door sections in Ohio. Many of the styles offered by Haas can be rotated 90 degrees, matched up to the Guttmann hardware and delivered to your job site as a complete kit in 8 weeks or less. The most common selections come from the 600, 700, 2000, 5000 and 360 series. We will verify the look of the pattern with a face frame drawing to ensure it meets your design intent. If you have a preference, we can provide the same combination with other manufacturers such as Clopay, Amarr, C.H.I. and Garaga Inc.
Using the Guttmann hardware as a base, CCI delivers a fully custom HGD system to your job site. We will work with you and/or your Architect on the design and layout. Customers often request wood overlay, metal overlay, frameless glass, back lit acrylics or even bullet resistant glazing. No project is beyond our resources or craftsmen. If you NEED it, just ask and we will make it happen
Based on your measurements, the Frame Only design offers you an aluminum and galvanized steel frame for each section that is 1-1/2” thick. The HGD is complete and intended to be skinned on site after installation. This is the preferred option for custom siding, odd size openings, unusual window placement and Shipping Container Homes. Most Frame Only orders are delivered in 6 weeks or less
The HGD Hardware Only kit ships complete to include the necessary components that match up to your existing sections. Some customers have a local artisan fabricate a wood or metal door and we really don’t need to waste your time or money on shipping your sections to us just to ship it back in a heavy crate. We offer value and pride in our business model.
Additionally, if you have a historical preservation situation, why spend the money on a custom replacement if you don’t have to? You can modernize your home by using our HGD Hardware Only kit and preserve your garage door sections which is probably one of the reasons you own the home in the first place. The Pegaso Line combines a durable, insulated, steel and aluminum frame with the skin of real wood or modern aluminum profiles not found anywhere else. The Pegaso Standard wood profiles range from flat to grid to horizontal and vertical ribbed. A popular species of wood for boat building, Okoume out performs the competition in water-resistance, durability and beauty. Several stain and lacquer options are available. A step up from the Pegaso Standard is custom order for wood species including walnut, knotty pine and clear cedar. The Pegaso Special is ode to beauty and creativity. Pegaso Doga is a mesmerizing finish with deep grooves in horizontal or vertical orientation. The finishes are available in Scotch Brite Silver or any RAL color of your choosing.

When fully closed, the garage door is pulled forward of the opening jamb.
